– Hey everybody, how are you, Jeff Gellman of Solid K9 Training, with my What Would Jeff Do? Dog Training Tip of the Day, tip number 139. Business, if you love what you do, you’ll never have to work again in your life, okay. Little bit of a, disclaimer, that should, first of all, it’s a bunch of bullshit, I’m sorry. Number one, what you’re associating with is, work being bad, so if you love what you’ll do, you’ll always enjoy your job. But, who says work is bad? This concept of, you’ll never have to work another day in your life, if you’re thinking about changing careers, starting your own business, any of the above, and if you’re thinking it’s all gonna be fun, wake up.It’s a freaking hard job. You have got, it’s a big difference from going to a job, and even going to a job you like, to owning a business, and even loving the business. I love business, I love owning my own business, I’ve always owned my own businesses, since I was nine years old, I started out selling stuff on the street, shining shoes, to where I am today. But, I love every day? Hell no! I cry on most days. (laughs) Not most days, but there’s days that I freaking, like, I’m scared shitless. So, I love it though, I love it, but it’s work, but work’s not a bad word, so, I think we have to re-define that. You better be careful about that, because if you’re thinking that everything’s gonna be just like, unlimited freedom, unlimited cash flow, make all your own decisions, being the boss, not being told what to do, mm-mmm.It doesn’t work that way. Now, that doesn’t make it bad, that doesn’t make it good, just makes it is. If you wanna make it in this world, you’re gonna work your face off, bottom line, no matter what it is, working for someone else, working for yourself, working at a job you love, you’re still gonna work your face off. Just wanted to put that out there, right, why not? Jeff Gellman, Solid K9 Training, I am truly, madly in love with you, even though it’s been a couple days. Pure laziness, no excuse, pure laziness. (laughing) I love you all, I’ll talk to you soon. .
